To qualify, all your American
Express® Card accounts must be in good standing. The Membership
Rewards® program enrolled Card account you designate will
be charged for your purchase. Membership Rewards points will
be debited from your program account and a credit will be issued
to the Card account you designate for the corresponding dollar
amount. If the points redeemed do not cover the entire amount
of the charge, the balance of the purchase price will remain
charged to the Card account you designate. Minimum redemption
of 5,000 points. Permited returns of items purchased with points
that cause a credit on your Card account will result in a point
reduction on your Membership Rewards program account. These points
can be retrieved by calling the Membership Rewards program. Terms

Prices: All prices include Hawaii State Tax and

Vouchers: A tour voucher will be issued for each
event purchased. Vouchers must be presented for admittance to events.
Please be sure to check your vouchers for your actual meet time
and meet point. Overnighter packages cancelled less than 72 hours
are non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply for
any tours that include air transportation.
Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted at
the time of booking, tours cancelled 24 hours prior to date of
operation are refundable less a 15% Service Charge. Tours cancelled
less than 24 hours prior to operation are non-refundable. Due
to airline restrictions all packages that include air are NON-REFUNDABLE
AND NON-CHANGEABLE at time of booking.
Restrictions for tours including airfare: In compliance
with FAA regulations, FULL NAMES, BIRTHDATES and GENDER of ALL
PERSONS on the tour are required for air transportation. The name
on the airline ticket must be exactly as it appears on your valid,
government issued photo ID. Air carriers will deny boarding if
the passenger name, as shown, does not match the name on the air
ticket. If passenger is denied boarding due to noncompliance with
this requirement there will be no refund.
