Vouchers: A tour voucher will be issued for each event purchased. Vouchers must be presented for admittance to events. Please be sure to check your vouchers for your actual meet time and meet point.
Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted at the time of booking, tours cancelled 48 hours prior to date of tour are refundable. Tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to operation are non-refundable. Due to airline restrictions all packages that include air are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE at time of booking.

Restrictions for tours including airfare: In compliance with FAA regulations, FULL NAME, BIRTH DATE and GENDER of ALL PERSONS on the tour are required for air transportation. The name on the airline ticket must be exactly as it appears on the valid, government issued photo ID. Air carriers will deny boarding if the passenger name, as shown does not match the name on the air ticket. If passenger is denied boarding due to non-compliance with this requirement there will be no refund.
Rental Car Packages: For all packages that include rental cars, prices do not include refueling charge, state surcharge and state motor vehicle rental surcharge, tax or optional protection. Package prices based on 2 passenger per car.
